  • Step 3
    Make a request

    Fancy a nice cup of coffee, tea or lemonade? Open Office Spinner and click on the 'New Roulette Request!' button.

  • Step 4
    Request sent

    Colleagues who also have Office Spinner installed will receive a request to participate.

  • Step 5
    The fate determines

    Now the Office Spinner really comes into action. Everyone is sitting on the edge of their seats to see how the wheel decides. Do you have to get it, or is it that colleagues turn? Fate determines..

  • Step 6
    Time to get coffee

    Within a minute the Roulette appoints someone to get coffee for the rest. Enjoy your drink (or walk)!

Get even more out of Office Spinner

For small teams we have a free version of Office Spinner. For larger teams with more than 10 people we recommend a Plus account, because you probably don't want to get coffee for more than 10 people. With a Plus account you can create groups within your network, for example your own group for 'Room 3.05', 'Department 4B' or 'Dev Team'. These groups can be protected with a password or on acceptance by one of the current members.
